The Department of Education and Training through Pacific Paradise State School is collecting personal information in accordance with Education (General Provisions) Act 2006 in order to privately transport children to and from excursions. The information will only be accessed by employees of the Department of Education and Training. The information will not be given to any other person or agency unless prior consent is obtained.Please note that your information may be shared with the drivers transporting children to the activity or excursion.
