Mission Statement:
At Paradise Kids Club OSHC, we foster strong, caring relationships that create a true sense of family and belonging. We provide a safe, welcoming space filled with happiness and laughter where every child feels valued and supported to be themselves. Through play, creativity, music, culture, sport, and meaningful experiences, we encourage children to connect, grow, and thrive.

Our Philosophy
At Paradise Kids Club, we create a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, valued, and free to be themselves. We believe strong and trusting relationships are at the heart of our service, creating a space filled with happiness, laughter, belonging, and respect.

We value every child as an individual and celebrate their unique abilities, interests, cultures, and family backgrounds. Through play, creativity, music, movement, sport, and meaningful experiences, we encourage children to build confidence, friendships, independence, and a love of learning. We support children to express themselves, self-regulate, solve problems positively, and feel empowered within our environment.

Our educators are committed to building caring and respectful relationships with children, families, and the wider community. We work collaboratively with families and support services to create an inclusive environment where every child feels heard, supported, and able to thrive. We value ongoing reflection, learning, and professional growth to ensure we provide high-quality care and meaningful experiences for all children.

We believe learning happens through connection, curiosity, and play. Our environment encourages creativity, imagination, exploration, and collaboration while fostering a strong sense of community and belonging. We are committed to sustainability practices and embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives and cultures into our everyday program.

Our philosophy is guided by the voices of our children, families, educators, and community, alongside the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place, and the principles of the Early Childhood Australia Code of Ethics.
