Rule of the Week

5/06/2014
As students are diligently working on various assessment pieces and important lessons to help inform their report cards it has become apparent that students that are organised are having the greatest success with these tasks. This week’s rule of the week is ‘Be organised for learning’ to help encourage organised behaviours amongst all our students to help them engage with the curriculum and achieve their best. These skills include;
Being at the right place at the right time – by making sure we are on time to class and are in the right areas throughout the day
Being prepared for lessons – by thinking ahead and making sure we have a sharp pencil and the right book out and ready for each lesson
Having a drink and going to the toilet at lunch time – this will help to reduce the number of times we have to leave the classroom for these tasks during prime learning times
