P&C Annual General Meeting


Our next meeting will be our Annual General Meeting on Monday 10 March in the Meeting Room of the Hall, starting at 6:00pm. All the Executive positions will be declared vacant. We will be needing 3 new executive members in the following positions:

The Secretary assists the President in preparing an agenda for each meeting. They prepare and present minutes of the Association‘s meetings, record and deal with correspondence in/out as directed and generally organise, record and maintain information pertaining to the activities of the Association.

The Treasurer has the overall responsibility for the financial management of the Association. They work closely with the P&C Operations Manager who does all the financial tasks such as payments and financial reporting for the P&C.

The Vice-President provides essential support for the President and possibly other members of the Executive Committee. They will Chair any meetings in the absence of the President.
